Οι ξεχωριστοί Nothing But Thieves μόλις έκαναν την μεγάλη τους επιστροφή κυκλοφορόντας το νέο στιλάτο single ‘Welcome to the DCC’, μέσω της Panik Records/Sony Music. To καινούργιο τους τραγούδι έκανε πρεμιέρα ως ‘Hottest Record in the World’ στην επιτυχημένη ραδιοφωνική εκπομπή της Clara Amfo στο BBC Radio 1.
Το single είναι ένα rock τραγούδι, αλλά με μια πειραματική experimental funk διάθεση μαζί με 80s επιρροές. Το track χρησιμοποιεί στοιχεία κλασικά για την μπάντα δημιουργώντας ένταση και ρυθμό που σε ανεβάζει με ένα εθιστικό ρεφραίν. Παράλληλα με το τραγούδι κυκλοφόρησε και το επίσημο video.
Η μπάντα είπε: “‘Καλώς ήρθατε στο DCC, Dead Club City. Ένας Παράδεισος για όλους, για πάντα.
Καλως ήρθατε σε μία νέα εποχή των Nothing But Thieves. Μείνετε συντονισμένοι για περισσότερα νέα που θα έρθουν πολύ πολύ σύντομα…”
Οι Nothing But Thieves αποτελούνται από τους Conor Mason (φωνητικά, κιθάρα), Joe Langridge-Brown (κιθάρα), Dominic Craik (κιθάρα, πλήκτρα), Philip Blake (μπάσο και κιθάρα) και James Price (ντραμς).
